A Beyond Walls: Works in Progress Webinar

Palestine: Experiencing Walls Beyond Walls

Nov 19, 2025 03:00 PM Eastern Time (US and Canada)

Beyond Walls: Where faithful ideas grow through conversation.

“Come and see. Go and tell.”

That was the invitation that led Bexley Seabury faculty members Eileen Shanley-Roberts, Julie Lytle, and Emlyn Ott to join a delegation of fifteen theological educators to Palestine and Jordan this past June.

They journeyed through places marked by beauty, struggle, and faith — immersing themselves in local communities through prayer, conversation, and deep listening. What they witnessed has sharpened the urgency to the Church’s call to truth, peace, and reconciliation.

In this 'Beyond Walls: Works in Progress' webinar, offered in partnership with the Episcopal Parish Network, these faculty members will share stories, insights, and questions from their experience and explore how “coming and seeing” can transform the way we teach, lead, and live the Gospel.

Join us for a moving and thought-provoking conversation about faith, justice, and what it means to build bridges in a world of walls.
