Types of Volunteers Needed
We are looking for a diverse group of volunteers to assist with various aspects of our seminary's operations, including:
Event Support: Assist with setup, guest management, and coordination at in-person events like our Annual Gala.
Digital Volunteers: Help produce and manage our virtual events, ensuring smooth execution of webinars, online workshops, and digital meet-ups.
Administrative Volunteers: Support our staff with administrative tasks, data entry, and other behind-the-scenes work that keeps our programs running smoothly.
Outreach Volunteers: Engage with potential students and donors through phone banks, information sessions, and community outreach efforts.
Upcoming Volunteer Opportunities
Annual Gala: October 4th, 2024, at The Women’s Club of Evanston. Volunteers are needed for greeting guests, registration, and event logistics. Dress code for volunteers is all black.
Virtual Workshops: Assist with the technical aspects of hosting online seminars and discussions, ensuring participants have a seamless experience.
