Wye Parish is a historic, two-campus Episcopal community on Maryland’s Eastern Shore.  We seek a priest to lead us. We desire a warm, engaging, and relational leader with an adaptive and collaborative leadership style who can honor our cherished traditions while guiding us toward faithful renewal. The ideal candidate will be a gifted preacher who values and empowers the laity and builds on the congregation’s desire to be active in all aspects of parish life.  This person’s leadership skills will include strategic planning, community relationship building, mission guidance, and stewardship enhancement.
